Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and internal software solutions.
- Implement features with relevant departments; analyze applications and resolve bugs and technical problems.
- Integrate external systems and services, automate recurring processes and data transfers, and ensure reliable database processing.
- Improve usability, performance, and stability; conduct tests and document technical changes.
- Apply data security, access-rights, and privacy requirements; translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Work with internal contacts and, where applicable, external development partners.
Candidate profile
- IT vocational training, a computer science degree, or comparable practical qualifications.
- Practical software development experience, ideally with web applications; strong knowledge of at least one common programming language.
- Database and interface-integration experience; willingness to learn the existing system landscape.
- Version-control experience, such as Git, and understanding of clean, maintainable code and systematic troubleshooting.
- Experience with testing and technical documentation; HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for web interfaces is advantageous.
- Very good German and good English; analytical, structured, independent, reliable, and able to explain technical matters clearly.
