The company is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to support customers and drive sales of high-performance German vehicles.
The role covers customer consultation, vehicle selection support, repair and maintenance services, and post-purchase support.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of the vehicle range, including BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche models.
- Recommend repair, maintenance, and parts solutions using customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Prepare written repair, parts, and labor estimates; create job cards and explain costs and timelines.
- Process service orders, order parts, schedule appointments, and coordinate timely parts availability.
- Follow up about scheduled maintenance and recommended services.
- Respond to in-person and phone inquiries about repair services, prices, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and follow up after service.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, report performance, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies.
Experience and knowledge
- At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, customer service, or repair service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair services, and parts.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work.
