The advisor delivers customer service and drives sales of high-performance German vehicles, guiding customers from initial consultation through post-purchase support.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and support satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of the vehicle range, including German vehicles such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche models.
- Recommend repairs, maintenance, and parts based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Provide transparent written estimates for repairs, parts, and labor.
- Create job cards and service estimates, explaining costs and timelines.
- Process service orders, order parts, schedule appointments, and ensure parts are available in time.
- Remind customers about scheduled maintenance and recommended services.
- Answer in-person and phone inquiries about repairs, pricing, and availability.
- Handle complaints professionally and empathetically while maintaining repair-process integrity.
- Follow up after service to check satisfaction and address post-service issues.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair and maintenance work is correct and efficient.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for parts, labor, and services, and report performance, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies.
Experience and knowledge
- At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, customer service, or repair service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair services, and parts.

- Work is in person.
