The posting describes a customer-facing automotive sales and service-advisory role focused on high-performance German vehicles and repair services.
Customer sales and vehicle advice
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers and support them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of the vehicle range, including German models, and guide customers through vehicle selection.
- Recommend repair, maintenance, and parts solutions based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidance.
Service coordination and estimates
- Provide transparent written estimates for repairs, parts, and labor, and create job cards and service estimates with costs and timelines.
- Process service orders, order parts, schedule appointments, and ensure parts are available when needed.
- Follow up on scheduled maintenance, respond to service inquiries, resolve complaints, and check customer satisfaction after service.
- Work with technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Sales performance
- Meet or exceed sales goals for parts, labor, and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Report sales performance, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies to meet goals.
Experience and knowledge
- At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, customer service, or repair service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair services, and parts.
