Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service.
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and recommend options based on guest preferences.
• Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements and special requests.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards and sequence of service.
• Anticipate guest needs, maintain service timing, and respond promptly to requests.
• Learn menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and available resort dining experiences.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and service colleagues to support smooth operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and prepared tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
• Recognize returning guests and help maintain guest preferences.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures; support opening, closing, and other operational duties.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Server in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
• Good understanding of restaurant service procedures and food and beverage operations.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu ingredients and dietary requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian or other languages are an advantage.
• Micros POS or similar restaurant operating-system experience is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tables while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in guest service.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
