Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms.
• Handle luggage, deliveries, and storage with accurate labeling and tracking.
• Explain resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest movements with Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams.
• Assist with valet or transport arrangements when required, maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Keep lobby, entrance, and luggage areas clean and orderly.
• Respond courteously to requests, anticipate guest needs, and support arrival and departure experiences.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities promptly and discreetly.
• Protect guest belongings and follow security and privacy protocols.
• Support Front Office during busy periods and special events.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant, Porter, or Guest Services professional in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Fluent English is required; French, German, Arabic, or Russian is advantageous.
• Strong service orientation, attentiveness, and personal presentation.
• Physical fitness for luggage handling and outdoor work.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
