Experienced Senior Waiter role on a hospitality team in Dubai.
Manage a dining section and provide refined, personalized guest service.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage a section and provide attentive food and beverage service.
- Coordinate service flow with kitchen, bar, and support teams; mentor junior staff.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and service standards; handle orders, table setup, and billing.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
- Section management, guest service, food and beverage, dining etiquette, and service-protocol expertise.
- Communication, mentoring, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- POS and restaurant management software proficiency; stamina for standing and carrying service equipment.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred qualifications
- Fine dining or luxury hospitality, wine knowledge, high-volume coordination, multiple cuisines, dietary requirements, training, or multilingual experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; food safety and hygiene certification or willingness to obtain it.
