The description seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
The work focuses on business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to elicit requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRS documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams.
- Support solution design, UAT planning, test case review, and defect resolution.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sign-off sessions; manage traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with change management, training, and user adoption.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and business process modeling.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
