Lead organizational change initiatives for large-scale business transformation, digital transformation, ERP implementation, and process improvement programs.
Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness to support business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness assessments.
- Create and implement communication and engagement plans.
- Design and deliver end-user training programs and learning materials.
- Manage resistance and support adoption across business functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, HR, and IT stakeholders.
- Define and track change-adoption KPIs and success metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership alignment sessions.
- Support business process transformation and ERP implementations, including SAP, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports.
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives in large-scale transformation, ERP, or process improvement programs.
- Expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; experience in digital transformation programs.
- Change impact assessment and organizational readiness analysis experience.
- Training strategy, content development, and delivery experience.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Project management knowledge and experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.
