Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance asset management features by troubleshooting bugs and resolving ad hoc requests.
- Ensure high-quality code meets business and client requirements.
- Support clients through data presentation, ticket resolution, and daily monitoring of client needs.
- Complete tasks promptly and according to defined quality standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for CMMI processes and client requirements.
- Support enhancements and compliance with operational standards through documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and encourage adherence to best practices in asset management services.
