Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance asset-management features by troubleshooting bugs and handling ad hoc requests.
- Deliver high-quality code that complies with business and client requirements.
- Support clients through data presentation, ticket resolution, and daily monitoring of their needs.
- Complete tasks on time in accordance with defined quality standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for CMMI processes and client requirements.
- Support enhancements and compliance with operational standards through documentation.
- Guide and support junior developers and promote best practices in asset-management services.
