Senior Technical Engineer - Civil

Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret IFC drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, specifications, and design documents; coordinate civil works with MEP.
- Prepare technical submittals and method statements, issue technical queries, and work with consultants to resolve design issues.
- Provide site support for excavation, concrete, reinforcement, backfilling, and structural works; troubleshoot issues and propose construction alternatives.
- Monitor construction compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare technical justifications, formal letters, and other technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related design discipline.
- At least 8 years of structural design and construction experience in the Middle East; airport structure experience is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication and consultant-coordination skills. DAR experience is preferred.
- AutoCAD proficiency is required; Revit/BIM coordination skills are highly desirable.
- Middle East main-contractor experience is required.
Pay
- AED 8,500–10,000 per month.
