The role performs project document-control and coordination duties for HSSE and construction records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, register, distribute, and archive project HSSE and construction documents under approved procedures.
- Manage personnel and vehicle gate passes, correspondence, transmittals, submittals, drawings, registers, and revision histories.
- Verify document coding, titles, dates, approvals, and distribution; prevent use of superseded revisions.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and retrieve records for audits, inspections, and client submissions.
- Coordinate submissions, comments, and approvals with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.
- Prepare document-status reports and follow up on overdue submissions and responses.
- Support meeting minutes, training records, and HSSE documentation as assigned.
- Communicate in Chinese and English with project personnel.
Requirements and preferences
- English proficiency is required for project documentation and correspondence.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, document registers, transmittals, and electronic document management systems.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Construction or infrastructure document-control or project-administration experience is preferred.
- Chinese communication skills are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, follow-up, and collaboration in a multicultural project environment are expected.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
