Key responsibilities
- Conduct site patrols, witness inspections, and in-process verification of construction workmanship quality.
- Identify quality risks, document and report non-conformances, follow up rectification, and verify closure.
- Supervise construction gangs implementing rectifications; attend quality meetings and compile quality status reports.
- Assist with quality incident and issue investigations, collect evidence, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Job qualifications
- Familiarity with relevant construction specifications and acceptance criteria; ability to read construction drawings.
- Practical experience accepting reinforcement and concrete works.
- Familiarity with witness sampling procedures and inspection processes for concrete, reinforcement steel, and construction works.
- At least five years of construction site experience.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00 per month.
