Seeking an experienced structural engineering professional with strong RCC and steel building design expertise.
The role leads the design team and delivers safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead RCC and steel building design from concept through detailed design and IFC.
- Perform and review analysis using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- Oversee foundation, slab, beam, column, seismic, wind, and lateral stability design.
- Ensure compliance with ACI, BS, ASCE 7, and applicable local authority requirements.
- Review calculations, structural drawings, technical submissions, and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams on design integration.
- Lead and mentor the team; manage design quality, project delivery, and technical decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
- 10–15 years of structural design engineering experience in the UAE market; UAE project experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in complex building structures; large-scale project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000; working knowledge of Revit/BIM coordination.
- Strong knowledge of international structural design codes and local authority regulations.
- Hands-on technical leader with team management, mentoring, and project coordination skills.
