Drive project sales and business development for building materials across the UAE.
The role targets construction-sector project sales and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Secure project specifications and close sales.
- Develop and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Build long-term stakeholder relationships across the UAE market.
- Deliver product training, presentations, and workshops for customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and network productivity, and identify growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration are an advantage.
- 8–10 years of building-materials industry experience focused on project sales, business development, and network expansion.
- Proven track record of sales-target achievement and long-term stakeholder relationship development in the UAE.
Skills and competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Product training and workshop facilitation skills.
- Analytical ability to assess sales performance, network productivity, and growth opportunities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams and adapt to different territories and customer segments.
