Responsibilities
- Establish, onboard, and manage service-provider networks across the GCC.
- Monitor service requests, repair timelines, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle technical issues and customer escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Train service providers, dealers, project teams, and stakeholders on installation and customer-care processes.
- Coordinate pre-installation, installation, and post-installation support for retail and large-scale projects.
- Manage spare-parts availability, inventory reconciliation, service claims, and service agreements.
- Conduct market and project visits to identify service needs and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze service performance, optimize operating costs, and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, diploma, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of customer service or after-sales service experience in MEP, sanitary solutions, or HVAC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
