Your Role
Capgemini Engineering is expanding connectivity and network engineering teams supporting mission-critical telecom transformation.
The role owns architecture and technical leadership for mobile core networks supporting private mission-critical connectivity platforms.
The architect serves as a principal technical authority across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end mobile core solutions across EPC, 5G Core, and IMS, including subscriber, policy, charging, and gateway functions.
- Define capacity planning, redundancy, geo-resilience, SLA, availability, and performance strategies.
- Lead multi-vendor integration across RAN, transport, OSS, MCX, and security domains.
- Produce HLD, LLD, operational runbooks, and technical reference architecture documentation.
- Manage vendor technical relationships and support customer engagement and architectural decision-making.
- Manage and mentor core network engineers and provide technical leadership through deployment, optimization, and acceptance.
Your Profile
- At least 12 years of telecom core network architecture experience is required.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale core network programs from architecture through deployment is required.
- Deep expertise in EPC, 5G Core, IMS, subscriber management, policy and charging, gateway functions, and mobile core architecture is required.
- Experience with multi-vendor deployments and integration across RAN, transport, OSS, MCX, and security domains is required.
- Strong IP networking, routing protocol, and security control expertise is required.
- Experience producing HLD and LLD documents, runbooks, capacity plans, and geo-resilience strategies is required.
- Senior stakeholder, executive customer engagement, leadership, team management, and mentoring experience is required.
- KSA-based telecom operator or service provider experience is highly advantageous.
