Lead large-scale business transformation and technology programs from strategy and planning through development and deployment.

Key responsibilities
- Define program goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, and testers.
- Manage scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with governance standards and best practices.
- Provide stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
- Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with technology partners and vendors.
- Improve delivery through reusable assets and templates.
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of program or project delivery, consulting, systems development, or integration experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics, or Cloud platforms is preferred.
Compensation
- Base compensation is listed as $165,000–$175,000 per annum for the posted location.
- The role may be eligible for additional variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, subject to applicable terms.
