Role overview

MES and manufacturing transformation

• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams on MES initiatives and transformation.
• Analyze, document, and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean and continuous-improvement methods.
• Lead requirements discovery, business process analysis, and solution design for MES programs.
• Support Review-by-Exception, Electronic Batch Records, and digital manufacturing workflows.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable MES solutions and harmonize processes across sites and functions.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, validation, and enhancement; drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption.

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, MES, digital manufacturing, or technical business analysis roles.
• Strong experience supporting MES platforms such as POMS, PAS-X, PharmaSuite, Opcenter, Syncade, or similar solutions.
• Experience with large-scale MES implementations and manufacturing transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• Experience with Electronic Batch Records, Review-by-Exception, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders, with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay and benefits

• Expected pay range is $49.83–$77.86 per hour.
