Senior Software Engineer II Java Full Stack

Role Overview

Full Stack Development and Architecture

• Design and build scalable, production-grade Java and Spring Boot microservices for enterprise workflows.
• Develop API services, integration layers, REST services, event-driven processors, and reusable modules.
• Translate business requirements into workflow models and technical specifications.
• Implement optimization, incident handling, compensation, retry, and error workflows.
• Integrate Camunda with microservices, enterprise systems, Kafka, Service Bus, Event Grid, MongoDB, and cloud services.
• Participate in design, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, CI/CD, and performance tuning.

Platform and Collaboration

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and safe deployments.
• Monitor Camunda process execution using Operate and Optimize and resolve workflow incidents.
• Work with scrum teams, business partners, and architects to refine requirements and design.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kafka or Azure Event Hubs, and REST APIs.
• Experience in Agile environments delivering complex enterprise automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud integration patterns.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Working knowledge of Camunda integration from Java code.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift container orchestration.
• Healthcare background.
• Exposure to Camunda Optimize, Tasklist, and Operate for monitoring and analytics.
