The role contributes to health optimization through AI and machine learning solution development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions using traditional machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
- Build applications with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
- Develop and optimize NLP solutions for classification, summarization, information extraction, semantic search, and conversational AI.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune foundation models using standard frameworks and performance metrics.
- Apply Responsible AI principles and ensure solutions meet scalability, security, explainability, and reliability needs.
- Comply with applicable company policies, procedures, directives, schedules, assignments, and work-location arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics, including 8+ years in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
- The most recent 3+ years must focus on Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, agents, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on AI experience and ability to drive innovative AI and machine learning solution development.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data analysis and AI/ML development.
