Senior full-stack engineering role supporting technology-enabled healthcare outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications, portals, APIs, and microservices.
- Develop responsive user experiences with modern frontend frameworks and secure, reliable backend services.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to improve coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Build reusable components, services, and engineering frameworks that improve maintainability, scalability, and team efficiency.
- Participate in technical design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, compliance, accessibility, and operational reliability standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with hands-on development.
- Experience developing backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and REST API enterprise application integration.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control.
- Experience working within Agile software delivery teams and modern engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Ability to use AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, documentation, and software delivery.
