Role Overview

Develop advanced AI/ML solutions that improve health outcomes and enterprise products.

Build scalable AI-powered applications from business needs using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design autonomous agentic systems that can reason, plan, and interact with complex environments.
  • Prototype and refine algorithms to improve performance, scalability, and interpretability.
  • Translate theoretical AI advances into practical enterprise applications with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct experimentation and benchmarking to evaluate model efficacy and robustness.
  • Incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability into AI model design.
  • Optimize training pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale deployment and continuous learning.
  • Integrate AI solutions into production systems with data engineering and product teams.
  • Publish findings, contribute to open-source initiatives, and stay current with AI research trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience and 2+ years delivering AI/ML solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
  • Experience with cloud AI and data services including Python, Databricks, RAG, agentic AI, AI Foundry, and LangFuse.
  • Experience with GitHub, M365 Copilot, and deep learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with React or Angular frontend development and Java or .NET backend services.
  • Extensive experience implementing generative AI solutions through OpenAI-compatible APIs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise search, NLP, speech AI, vision AI, and supervised and unsupervised ML.
  • Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Expertise in Azure Document Intelligence, OCR, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, LLM Gateway, and RAG.
