The employer seeks a Senior SMM Manager based in Dubai with strong visual taste, content awareness, and UAE market experience.
The company works with global premium and luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across group brands.
- Manage four or more accounts across multiple platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Align key content directly with the agency CEO.
- Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently, without micromanagement.
- Track channel metrics with specialized SMM analytics tools and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Dubai-based experience and an agency background working with diverse clients and products are required.
- Experience in real estate or luxury segments is a strong plus.
- Practical Figma skills are needed to create or modify layouts, design social media grids, and prepare design-team brief templates.
- Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms is required.
- Fluent English is required; Russian is a plus.
- A process-oriented mindset and ability to build workflows from scratch are sought.
- High potential and motivation to step into a Team Lead role are sought.
Portfolio requirements
- Show agency cases across diverse niches and products and strong visual aesthetics with high-end content examples.
- Results in premium or B2B segments are a big plus.
