Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for infrastructure works.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and site teams.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Review drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate setting-out and surveying activities.
- Monitor roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply, and utility network works.
- Ensure quality and HSE compliance, resolve site issues, prepare progress reports, and coordinate inspections and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum eight years of relevant infrastructure project experience.
- Strong experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply, and utility works.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer on infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE or GCC infrastructure experience is highly preferred.
- Experience on major infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong infrastructure experience is mandatory.
Work location
- The role is performed in person in the UAE.
