About the Role

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in the UAE.
• Work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction project execution from mobilization to completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and authorities.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, method statements, work programs, and execution plans.
• Monitor progress, risks, delays, technical issues, costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
• Ensure quality, health, safety, environmental, documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements are met.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues and lead project close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 20 years of relevant construction and project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, cost control, and project execution.
• Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE or GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
• PMP or an equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
• Experience with major infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use projects is highly considered.
