Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Oversee planning, execution, schedules, budgets, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Manage project teams, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues and ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and performance; conduct project meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure delivery within approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of construction experience, including significant experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly high-rise towers and major residential or commercial developments.
• Strong experience managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, contracts, budgets, and site operations.
• Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to manage large multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
• Experience with high-rise towers, large residential developments, commercial buildings, or other major-scale projects is highly preferred.
