Service Technicians support Tesla's service operations and customer experience.
The role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining Tesla vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Use Tesla-specific software and advanced tools to repair and maintain vehicles.
- Complete repairs efficiently and meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Build proficiency in complex repairs and perform them autonomously.
- Inspect vehicles carefully before return or pre-delivery.
- Share support and best practices across teams.
- Develop technical skills through training and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Support junior team members with repairs and help with location management tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive professional vehicle service and repair experience in automotive, aviation, marine, or a similar industry.
- Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the UAE.
- Clear, respectful spoken and written English.
- A driver's license.
- Willingness to work shifts, potentially including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
