Programme activities
- Rotate through core departments, including Sales, Delivery, Service, and Customer Operations; the format may change with business needs.
- Support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute ideas to drive change.
- Take accountability for learning and development; progression and performance are reviewed at each department rotation.
Candidate requirements
- UAE national with a family book and a full UAE driving licence.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Motivated to learn in a fast-paced, multi-departmental programme.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to travel regularly to Tesla locations and/or events.
- Must not be in full-time education when the programme starts; gap-year students cannot currently be hired.
Programme progression
- After completing the programme, participants may apply for available full-time roles aligned with their strengths and aspirations, subject to performance and progression.
