Role overview
Parts Advisors support service operations and provide parts support to Tesla Service Centers and Mobile Service.
Responsibilities
- Source and allocate parts to meet service commitments; receive, pick, and ship parts.
- Check the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork received.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers, review jobs, and plan for parts availability.
- Communicate with local Service teams and suppliers to support customers.
Requirements
- Professional warehousing and logistics experience; automotive experience is preferred.
- Genuine car interest and eagerness to learn; automotive expertise is not required.
- Strong spoken and written English and clear, respectful communication.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and morning or evening shifts.
- Full, valid GCC driver's license required.
