Role overview

Service Technicians support Tesla’s service operation by providing vehicle repair and maintenance.

What you’ll do

Repair, maintain, and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools.
Complete repairs efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations; perform complex repairs autonomously as proficiency develops.
Inspect vehicles before return and pre-delivery to ensure repairs are done correctly.
Share support and best practices across teams to improve the service experience.
Develop technical skills through training and share knowledge with the team.
Help junior team members with repairs and assist with location-management tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring

Extensive professional vehicle service and repair experience in automotive, aviation, marine, or a similar industry.
Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the UAE.
Ability to speak and write English clearly and respectfully.
A driver’s license.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends, mornings, and evenings.
