Parts Advisors support Tesla service centers and Mobile Service with parts operations.
What you will do
- Source and allocate parts to meet service commitments; manage receiving, picking, and shipping.
- Check the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork received.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers to ensure parts availability; review jobs and plan accordingly.
- Communicate with local service teams and suppliers to support a seamless customer experience.
What you will bring
- Professional experience in warehousing and logistics; automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Genuine car interest and willingness to learn; automotive expertise is not required.
- Speak and write English well and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Collaborate with different people and work shifts, including weekends and morning or evening shifts, as needed.
- Hold a full, valid GCC driver’s license.
