The Business Resolution Partner supports field teams and handles de-escalation, consumer-law matters, and critical business escalations.
The role is part of Shared Services, reports to the Shared Service Lead, and works with leadership, EMEA Legal, and EMEA Business Resolution.
Responsibilities
- Support field teams, gather information, review repair and escalation histories, and assess escalation or legal cases in alignment with Legal.
- Provide de-escalation guidance and talking points, and obtain required approvals and assessments.
- Assist local teams with negotiations and correspondence; draft legal correspondence and settlement letters.
- Maintain records of material litigation and claims, monitor legislation and regulations, and provide process input.
- Research and document policies and prepare and deliver legal training to business teams.
- Advise business teams and senior leadership on developments, strategy, settlements, and key decisions.
- Manage knowledge and collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and other departments.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including payments and appointments; ensure process compliance and timely handling of legal matters.
- Coordinate proceedings, settlement agreements, and court-order execution with involved departments.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity and ability to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Ability to identify problems proactively, drive projects forward, and think pragmatically.
- Adaptable, curious, open-minded, and able to work effectively with teams across the organization.
