The Business Resolution Partner supports field teams, knowledge management, and training on de-escalation and consumer-law matters.
The role assesses and drives critical business escalations and implements efficient processes for timely problem-solving.
Reports to the Shared Service Lead and works with the Leadership Team, EMEA Legal, EMEA Business Resolution, and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Gather information and review repair and escalation histories; assess escalation and legal cases with legal teams.
- Provide de-escalation guidance and talking points, and obtain approvals or assessments.
- Assist local teams with negotiations and correspondence; draft legal correspondence and settlement letters.
- Maintain litigation and claims records, monitor legislation and regulation, and contribute to related processes.
- Research and document policies, deliver legal training, and manage knowledge across departments.
- Advise business teams and senior leadership on developments, strategy, settlements, and key decisions.
- Coordinate stakeholders, payments, appointments, proceedings, settlements, and court-order execution.
- Ensure process compliance and timely handling of legal matters.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-management skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, pragmatic, adaptable, curious, and effective as a team player.
- Demonstrates integrity and compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
