We Are Hiring
We are looking for experienced real estate agents to join a performance-driven team in Abu Dhabi.
What We Offer

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years UAE real estate experience
- Proven closing track record (consistent deal history required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with qualified buyers and serious clients
- Understanding of structured sales targets and CRM reporting
- Discipline, accountability, and performance-driven mindset
- UAE driving license and/or ADM license preferred

Important
This role is for agents comfortable working in a performance-based structure.
Not suitable for candidates without closing experience or those relying only on portal leads
