About The Role
RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding and seeking disciplined, performance-driven experience property consultants with a verified track record in residential real estate sales.
We are building a structured sales division based on measurable production, accountability, and consistent monthly performance.
Proven completion of minimum 10 sales deals within the last 12 months (Track record must be documented and verifiable).
Own Leads & Referral Incentive
We are hiring agents who:
Consistently close qualified buyers
Understand structured targets and reporting
Bring discipline and accountability
Work with defined budgets and serious clients
Want stable income plus performance upside
This Role Is Not Suitable If
You have no documented closing history
Your production is inconsistent
You rely only on portal-generated leads
You expect salary without performance accountability
