We are looking for a **dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **HR operations, payroll management, employee onboarding, UAE labor law compliance, PRO coordination, and administrative support** within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Prepare and issue **offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents**.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR coordination activities.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Monitor employee **attendance, leave records, overtime, and timesheets**.
  • Coordinate with finance team for salary processing and payroll-related reports.
  • Handle payroll queries and employee salary-related concerns.
  • Ensure company compliance with **Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations and UAE Labour Law**.
  • Maintain employee documentation as per legal requirements.
  • Handle visa documentation and employee contract renewals.
  • Stay updated with changes in UAE labor regulations and HR compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labor card applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage documentation related to immigration and labor approvals.
  • Follow up on government-related HR formalities and approvals.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records accurately.
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Assist management with HR administrative tasks and policy implementation.
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
