Overview

We are looking for an experienced **HR Admin** professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing **HR operations and administrative functions** within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage **attendance, leave records, and employee documentation**
  • Process **monthly payroll and maintain payroll records**
  • Handle **employee onboarding, offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation**
  • Ensure compliance with **HR policies and UAE Labour Law**
  • Coordinate with **PRO team** for visa processing, labour contracts, and government-related formalities
  • Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR administrative activities

Requirements

5–6 years of relevant **UAE HR/Admin experience**

Strong experience in **payroll, attendance, onboarding, and HR documentation**

Knowledge of **UAE Labour Law and PRO processes**

Strong communication and organizational skills

Arabic speaking is mandatory

Immediate availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
