Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **HR Generalist** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing **end-to-end HR functions and day-to-day HR operations**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration**
- Handle **attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll processing**
- Prepare **offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents**
- Ensure compliance with **HR policies and UAE Labour Law**
- Support **employee relations, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR support**
- Coordinate **PRO activities** including visa processing and government-related formalities
- Maintain employee records and support overall **HR operations**
Requirements
- Arabic nationality or Arabic speaker preferred.
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Previous experience as a HR Admin, PRO in the UAE is required.
- Strong knowledge of Offer letters, HR Policies, Attendance management, Documnetation UAE labour, immigration, and government procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential documents professionally.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Able to join immediately or within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
