Lead Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractor | Dubai
A Tier 1 fit-out contractor based in Dubai is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The role suits an experienced QS with a solid fit-out background, capable of managing the full commercial cycle across high-value projects and leading a small team.
The Role
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of fit-out projects from procurement through to final account.
- Pre and post-contract QS across fit-out projects
- Subcontractor procurement, letting, and management
- Interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Cost reporting and CVR preparation
- Line management and mentoring of junior QS staff
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in fit-out
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong subcontract and final account experience
- Excellent written English
