Our client, a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an accomplished
Executive Director – Development to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of landmark mixed-use, residential, governmental housing projects and hospitality developments.
This is a strategic executive leadership position responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility through planning, design, approvals, procurement, construction and project handover.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's development strategy while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, government authorities, investors and key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline (Master's degree preferr
- ed).18+ years' experience within real estate development, with significant leadership experience in the
- GCC.Proven track record delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality or commercial developments from inception through complet
- ion.Strong understanding of development finance, feasibility analysis and commercial decision-mak
