Overview
Our client is a leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end hospitality, hotel, and F&B projects across the UAE.
Due to continued project awards and growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the region’s most respected fit-out specialists, delivering prestigious hospitality developments for some of the world’s leading hotel operators, restaurant brands, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to handover.
- Lead project teams to ensure delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage project budgets, procurement activities, variations, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering high-end fit-out projects within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven track record managing hospitality, hotel, and F&B fit-out projects.
- Experience working for a recognised fit-out contractor.
- Strong understanding of project planning, commercial management, and site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE experience is essential.
