Our client is a boutique real estate developer based in Dubai, known for delivering high-end residential and mixed-use developments with a strong focus on quality, design, and customer experience.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of projects across the UAE.
Role Overview
This is a senior-level role responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination through to construction delivery and handover.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of real estate development projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and design teams throughout all project phases
- Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, and programme performance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, approvals, and health & safety standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors
- Review contracts, project reports, and technical documentation
- Drive project performance and ensure successful project handover
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- 10+ years’ experience within real estate development or construction in the UAE
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects
- Strong technical, commercial, and project delivery knowledge
- Experience working for developers or leading contractors preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate and construction market
