Senior Public Relations Manager

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated PR campaigns across a range of sectors.
• Develop strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters and key media contacts across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Secure high-quality earned media coverage through proactive pitching and media engagement.
• Produce a variety of written content including press releases, feature articles, executive profiles, award entries, speeches, media kits and briefing documents.
• Support the planning and execution of launches, media events, press briefings, influencer activations and corporate events.
• Collaborate with internal social media, digital and influencer teams to deliver fully integrated communications campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse campaign performance and prepare client reporting.
• Identify thought leadership opportunities for senior stakeholders and client brands.
• Provide communications support during reputation management and crisis situations when required.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent consultancy and account management.
• Support and mentor junior members of the PR team.

About You

• 4-7+ years' experience within a PR agency or communications environment.
• Strong network of media contacts across the UAE and GCC.
• Demonstrable success in securing earned media coverage across business and consumer publications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy agency environment with competing deadlines.
• Experience managing media events, launches and press activities.
