I'm working with a leading technology organisation that is looking for an experienced
Servicenow Platform Architect
to play a key role in shaping the architecture and governance of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow platform.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing platform strategy while remaining hands-on with solution design and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Defining platform architecture, standards and design principles
- Providing architectural governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and CMDB
- Reviewing solution designs and guiding development teams
- Establishing reusable design patterns and platform guardrails
- Leading integration architecture, API strategy and MID Server governance
- Supporting platform upgrades, scalability and long-term maintainability
- Acting as the technical authority for complex architectural decisions
- We're looking for candidates with:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong multi-module architecture experience
- Expertise in CSDM, CMDB and platform governance
- Experience within large enterprise or Centre of Excellence (CoE) environments
- CSA and CAD certifications (CTA is highly desirable)
