About The Role

Our client, a growing luxury business based in Dubai, operating within the premium private client space.

The company provides a tailored, high-touch service to a discerning international clientele and is known for delivering a discreet, professional and highly personalised experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and relationship-led sales professional to join a business with strong growth ambitions in the UAE and wider GCC region.

The role would suit someone who has experience selling to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, understands the importance of trust and discretion, and is motivated by working in a high-value, client-facing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to successful completion, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.
  • Managing high-value sales opportunities from qualification through to close.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinating client meetings, presentations and tailored introductions.
  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of sales documentation, contracts and transaction-related information.
  • Ensuring all compliance, process and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining a consultative and advisory approach, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Delivering a premium level of service to both new and existing clients.

Relationship Management

  • You will be responsible for building and developing a strong portfolio of private clients, with a focus on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proactively identifying, approaching and securing new private clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, advisors, intermediaries and referral partners.
  • Leveraging personal networks, referrals, events and company-generated leads to develop new opportunities.
  • Maintaining regular and professional follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Understanding client motivations, preferences and buying behaviours.
  • Providing tailored solutions and recommendations based on each client’s needs.
  • Supporting wider business development initiatives across the company where appropriate.

Commercial Awareness

  • You will be expected to stay close to market movements, buyer behaviour and luxury sector trends across Dubai, the GCC and key international markets.
  • Keeping up to date with developments across the luxury, private client and high-value asset markets.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, client segments and routes to market.
  • Providing market insight and advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the preparation of sales proposals, client presentations and market information.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying ways to strengthen the company’s position.
  • Attending relevant industry events, networking opportunities and private client functions to build relationships and promote the business.
  • Consistently working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client activity, sales opportunities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts and activity updates for management.
  • Following up on all leads and opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting the creation of marketing materials, digital content and client-facing collateral where required.
  • Contributing to a structured, transparent and high-performing sales environment.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-value, relationship-led sales environment.

This could include luxury real estate, private aviation, premium automotive, luxury hospitality, wealth management, family office services, luxury retail, memberships, lifestyle management, private banking or another client-facing sector where discretion and service excellence are essential.
