• Drive the technical execution of IT projects by supporting the deployment and operation of business-critical systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Evaluate system health through regular performance reviews and implement improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing software platforms while ensuring seamless connectivity across integrated systems.
• Produce clear technical documentation, maintain project records, and provide regular updates on implementation progress.
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure solutions meet operational and quality expectations.
• 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, or technology implementation projects.
• Good understanding of operating systems, networking principles, databases, and system integration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
