We are partnering with a leading, diversified organization with a significant footprint across retail and consumer-facing assets.
The business is seeking a senior professional to lead the performance, leasing strategy, and optimization of a large-scale retail property portfolio.
Role Overview
This role will drive the commercial success of a multi-site retail asset portfolio, with accountability for leasing strategy, tenant mix, asset performance, and long-term value creation.
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across leasing, operations, and portfolio optimization.
Experience
in leasing and commercial strategy across retail, residential, commercial properties, and malls.
Proven track record in managing asset and portfolio performance across multiple properties
Strong expertise in tenant and stakeholder management
Well-versed in governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Candidate Profile
- 15 plus years of experience in retail real estate, leasing or asset management .
- Proven track record managing multi - site retail or commercial property portfolios.
- Experience working with malls, high street retail, or mixed - use developments.
- Ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.
- Strong stakeholder management across internal leadership and external partners.
Preferred
- Exposure to high growth or multi brand retail environments
- Experience in emerging markets or complex regulatory environments
