The role oversees leasing activities within the corporate retail portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
This role involves leading the leasing administration process, overseeing negotiations, contract management, and regulatory compliance to drive optimal financial performance.
Responsibilities
1.
Experience
in end-to-end Retail Leasing Operations and Strategy, including contract negotiations, lease renewals, and terminations.
2.
Develop and implement strategies maximize occupancy rates and rental yields.
3.
Oversee the Lease Administration & rent escalations and lease related financial commitments.
4.
Expertise in Financial & Budget forecasting and expense tracking accuracy.
5.
Strong in Risk Management and Compliance.
6.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers and external stakeholders to negotiate favorable lease terms .
Candidate Profile
10 plus years of experience in Leasing.
Working closely with leadership team.
Proven track record of negotiating and managing large-scale leasing agreements.
Experience
in working with landlords, developers, and real estate consultants in a corporate / retail leasing environment .
